AN ACT to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated §30-36-20, relating to the continuation of the West Virginia Acupuncture Board.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, be amended by adding thereto a new section, designated §30-36-20, to read as follows:
ARTICLE 36. ACUPUNCTURISTS.
§30-36-20
. Continuation of the West Virginia Acupuncture Board.
Pursuant to the provisions of article ten, chapter four of this code, the West Virginia Acupuncture Board shall continue to exist until the first day of July, two thousand eight, unless sooner terminated, continued or reestablished.
